There are two ways to access the Programs App in WorkSpan.
Choose Home> Joint Marketing > Programs or navigate directly to the programs from the homepage available under the My Marketing Programs.
You can see the programs in the following categories:
My Programs: Programs created by you and accepted by you via an invite.
Shared With Me: When you are invited to join a Program, you will see them in the Shared With Me tab of the Programs section.
Shared With <Company Name>: Programs from your company or your GTM relationships that you do not have access to yet. You can Request to Join the program. Your request will remain pending until a program owner can approve your request to join.
You can further filter by:
- Show Active Programs
- Pending Fund Approvals
- Show Archived Programs
- Show Withdrawn Programs
You can toggle between a list view and a table view.
Click on a program name to navigate to the Strategy section of the program.
- Navigate to the associated campaigns by clicking the campaigns section. You can add existing campaigns to a program.
- View all existing notes and add new notes to the program.
- View and update existing tasks or create new tasks.
