Bug Fixes
- Fixed the issue that did not allow users with the AE permission set to submit Referrals from the interface.
Note
- You do not need to perform the steps for each intermediate upgrade, i.e., for upgrading from version 1.12 to 1.12.1, then 1.12.1 to 1.12.2, and then 1.12.2 to 1.12.3.
