How are the objects transferred to another user?


The objects can be transferred to other users but only company admins can do that. There are a few steps that need to be performed by company admins to transfer user object access to another user.

Here is how it can be done:

  1. Navigate to “My Company Profile”
  2. On the left side menu, click “Users
  3. Then on the right corner click on “Manage Members”.
  4. Select the “Time Frame” option under “Type of Member Operation
  5. Select Person A ( please note this Person A will be the person from whom the access will be transferred ), Select Person B (Person B will be the person to receive the access), and Select the objects which have to be transferred.

Click on “Execute”. After this is executed it will take up to 2 hrs for the changes to take place.
