This is a required step for a new installation if you are going to use Microsoft Partner Center (MPC) flows. It can be done only with the SOM permission set by following the steps below:
- Go to the Microsoft Solutions tab.
- Click New.
- In the modal window, populate Microsoft Solution (can be anything you want) and Solution ID (unique and case insensitive).
This Solution ID value must be exactly the same as assigned in the MPC that is connected to your WorkSpan environment.
- Click Save.
