The package comes with Amazon and Microsoft Partner records. Those records should be used for AWS and MPC flows. You can change their Partner Name values but do not change Partner ID values.
If you want to work with partners other than AWS and MPC, then this is a required step for a new installation. It can be done only with the SOM permission set by following the steps below:
- Go to the Partners tab.
- Click New.
3. In the modal window, populate Partner Name (can be anything you want) and Partner ID.
This Partner ID value must be exactly the same as that assigned to your partner in the connected WorkSpan environment.- Click Save.
