Integration Status LWC

This is a small component that provides a quick summary of the Integration status fields and also whether the integration is enabled or disabled right now. It can be placed on a Referral page. OOTB is on the Referral Lightning page.

Data from all fields is surfaced in the LWC. The icon and the border color depend on the corresponding Last Sync From XXX Status: green checkbox for Success, grey with no icon for NULL, grey pause button for Paused, and red error sign for Error. The date/time and message are always displayed if populated, regardless of the status.

1. AWS Integration Status

If the Referral is with Amazon, then the LWC will display the three AWS Integration XX fields in the bottom section if they are populated.

2. MPC Integration Status

If the Referral is with Microsoft, then the LWC will display the three Microsoft Integration XX fields in the bottom section if they are populated.

3. Google Integration Status

If the Referral is with Google, then the LWC will display the three Google Integration XX fields in the bottom section if they are populated.

4. Partner-specific integration status errors

In case the Referral gets an error for the Amazon, Google or Microsoft Integration Status, it’s added to the ‘Referrals With Errors’ list view accessible from the Referral tab.

5. Salesforce and WorkSpan Integration Status

In any case, the top section displays the values of the Last Sync From Salesforce XX fields.
In generic flow, the bottom section displays the values of the Last Sync From WorkSpan XX fields. However, in special partner flows, the Last Sync From WorkSpan XX fields will also be displayed in the middle section of Last Sync From WorkSpan Status = “Error”.
