WorkSpan’s Co-Sell model provides access to new markets, a powerful referral engine, and a platform for scaling revenue growth. The platform delivers complete visibility into your co-sell opportunities by sales stage, region, and other filters in a single place for you to manage your co-sell planning, opportunity collaboration, and workflows with SAP.
2.1. Incoming Flow
The incoming referral from SAP initially enters the SAP system in Workspan. Following their policies, it is linked to a plan and automatically shared with the partner in an accepted state. After the referral is accepted, it is sent to SFDC for further processing. The updates are synced in real-time from SFDC to WorkSpan and vice-versa via the WorkSpan Salesforce App.
2.2. Outgoing Flow
Upon the creation of the referral in SFDC, it is sent to your WorkSpan system. Following predefined policies and leveraging the partner name (SAP) and the Auto-link policy configured in WorkSpan, the referral is accurately linked to the corresponding plan and seamlessly shared with SAP.
