New Features in January 2021
Merge Duplicate Opportunities and Other Objects
Note: This feature is currently in beta and is only available for select accounts. Please contact your Customer Success Manager or support@workspan.com to inquire about testing the beta version of this feature.
The new Merge Object capability in WorkSpan provides an intuitive solution for maintaining excellent data hygiene. Using this capability you can merge two similar objects in WorkSpan that share a common template. For example, you can pick two Opportunities created using the "Enterprise Opportunity Template" and merge them into one record to remove clutter and to improve data quality.
Editing Linked Object Tables
Note: This feature is currently in beta and is only available for select accounts. Please contact your Customer Success Manager or support@workspan.com to inquire about testing the beta version of this feature.
Built with heavy users of table views in mind, the new Edit Table capability will allow Owners and Collaborators of objects to quickly update their data in a table without opening the Summary Panel or the Overview page of each individual object. Speed up your data entry and streamline your cadence calls by directly editing individual cells and rows in a table without having to leave the page.
Table editing is available for linked object tables in WorkSpan. For example, if your company has this feature enabled, you will find it available on the Opportunities tab on your Sales Plans, or on the Solutions tab of your Partner Program.
