Creating an Opportunities Report

To view real time performance of opportunities in your joint sales plans and/or solutions, you can seamlessly and quickly generate a new Opportunities Report in WorkSpan.

Steps:

  1. Go to Home >Reports and click +Report.
  2. Select Create Opportunities Report.

  3. Enter a new report name.
  4. Optionally, enter a description.
  5. Click Next.

  6. In Report includes Opportunities for section, select one of the following:
    1. Sales Plans and Solutions
    2. Sales Plans
    3. Solutions
  7. Click Next.

  8. In the Share Report section, select names/emails of people with whom you want to share this report.
  9. Select or update default access levels for your selected list of people.
    • Owner access allows you to manage a report entirely, including giving and updating access to other users.
    • Collaborator access allows you to view the report completely.
    • Participant access allows you to only view certain sections of a report.
  10. In the Share With People section, select names/emails of people with whom you want to share your report.
  11. Select or update default access levels for your selected list of people.
  12. Share with Companies section lists your company name by default.
  13. Click Save. Your Report is ready notification is shown and you can navigate to your report to see a default view or configure one or more views for different goals/results. You can:
    1. Export the view in a CSV format
    2. Manage columns
    3. Add goals/results (metrics)
    4. Create one or more views
    5. Save views
  14. After you configure a view, you can also add a new chart for your view by navigating to the Charts section and clicking the Add New Chart button.

You can also edit, delete and refresh your report.
