Withdrawing a Member Access from a Program

You may want to withdraw a member's access from a program to reflect changes in the business, for example, an employee changing a role in your company or in a partner company.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the program for which you want to withdraw a member access.
  2. Click the three vertical dots next to the team members picture icons.

  3. Click Edit Sharing with members. Members; Colleagues, Partners, Agencies window opens.

  4. Check the checkbox next to the member icon for the member that you want to withdraw the access for.
  5. Click Withdraw.
