Copying, Saving, Viewing Invite List, Archiving & Leaving Programs

Depending on your access level, navigate to the program for which you want to do any of the listed tasks.

As an owner or a collaborator on a program, you can:

• Copy a program
• Save the program as a spreadsheet
• See the invite list for the program
• Preview the link view
• Clear all indicators
• Archive a program
• Leave a program

As a participant on a program, you can only:

• Save the program as a spreadsheet
• Clear all indicators

Click More Options.

You can perform the following actions:

Make a Copy: 

To copy (clone) a program so that you can easily create a new one based on the current one. 

Save As Spreadsheet: 

To export the program details as a spreadsheet. 

See Invite View:

To view what a member that you invite to join your program would see. 

Preview Link View:

To view what would be available to be seen for discovery.  

Clear All Indicators:

This removes all notification indicators ( )

Archive Program: 

To archive a program.

Leave Program:

To leave a program.
