Connecting an Integration to a Campaign or/and Activity

After you add an integration, you can connect that integration to one or more campaigns and/or activities.

Steps listed here are for a campaign but are the same for connecting an integration to an activity too from Step 4 onwards.

Steps:

  1. Go to your campaign/activity to which you want to add an integration. 
  2. Click Add Goals, Results or Accomplishments.

  3. Edit Objective screen opens.

  4. Click Connect Integration.

  5. Connect Integration window opens. Choose the integration that you want to connect.

  6. Enter an Entity Name that you want to add to your integration.
  7. Select the Metrics that you want to track.
  8. Click Done.

  9. Your selected metrics will be shown in the Goals and Results section and will be updated in real time.
