You can create an Activity Report to view all activities for one or more marketing plans.
You can only run an Activity Report on marketing plans on which you are an owner/collaborator.
Participants on a marketing plan cannot create the report.
- Go to Home >Reports and click +Report.
- Select Create Activity Report. Create Activity Report screen opens.
- Enter report name and description. Click Next. Now you can select one or more marketing plans for which you want to run your report.
- Select one or more marketing plans. Click Next.
- In Share with People section, enter or select names/emails of people with whom you want to share this report. You can update access levels for the people with whom you want to share.
- In Share with Companies section, select names of one or more companies with whom you want to share.
- Click Save. Success message of report creation is shown.
