Overview of Marketing Plans


A Marketing Plan is an object in WorkSpan for collecting and tracking the activities, assets, objectives, and tasks for marketing a product or a service.

A Marketing Plan can also be used to track activities that span multiple products or services.

Marketing Plans can be shared with one or more partners or they can be private to your company.

Note: Marketing Plans and Activities are add-on modules. Contact WorkSpan Support, to enable Marketing Plans and Activities for your organization.

Navigating to Marketing Plans

Home > Joint Marketing >Marketing Plans or navigate to a plan under the My Marketing section on the Homepage.

Marketing Plans Landing Page opens. All your marketing plans can be seen here. All plans are available in one of the following four categories:

  • My Marketing Plans: Marketing plans created by you and accepted by you.
  • My Invites: Marketing plans that have been shared with you, but not yet accepted by you.
  • Discover and Join: marketing plans shared with your company.
  • Archived Marketing Plans: all archived marketing plans in which you have participated. These can be unarchived or deleted. 


Click on the Plan name or Plan ID (e.g, WS 4059) to navigate to your Marketing Plan details.

You can toggle between a table view and a list view for your plans.
