Adding Comments and Viewing the Activity Log for Your Solutions


Comments/Activity Log section on the solutions page is for easy collaboration with team members. 

In the Comments section, you and your team can add comments. See: Adding Comments

In the Activity Log section, you can track activity logs on your solution, so that the details don't get lost in your email inboxes.

Activity log includes system generated activities such as direct updates to the solution and associated opportunities, membership updates, and updates for tasks/assets. The log helps you to get a quick summary snapshot of all the recent updates to your solution(s).

The activity log for solutions can be further filtered by the opportunities pipeline that includes all updates to the opportunities associated with the solution.

Note: To quickly engage with team members on the Activity Log, you can click on their profile icons to send direct messages.

Tracking Activities on Your Solution


  1. Navigate to the solution for which you want to see the Activity Log.
  2. Go to the Comments/Activity Log sub section.
  3. You can filter the Activity Log by All Activity; Pipeline (associated opportunities); Tasks; Membership and Assets to see the updates to each of these entities within a solution.
  4. For active items, you can click the row to view details.
  5. For items that have been completed, removed or archived, you are not redirected.
  6. For membership updates, you can click the row to open the Members: Colleagues, Partners and Agencies page to view the details.
  7. You can navigate to the tasks or assets for the opportunity from within the activity log for in context engagement. The exact item (task/asset) opens.

Note: Unread activities have a corresponding Red Dot next to them.
