You may want to withdraw a member's access from a solution/sales plan or an opportunity to reflect changes in your business relationships, for example, if an employee changes a role in your company or in a partner company or if an employee leaves your or your partner's company.
- Go to the sales plan, solution, or opportunity from which you want to withdraw a member.
- Click Edit on the Team Members panel. Members: Colleagues, Partners, Agencies window opens. Edit is only enabled when you hover in the section header.
- Click one or more checkboxes corresponding to the names of the members that you want to withdraw.
- Click Withdraw.
