What capabilities do I have based on my report access level?

The following three access levels are allowed on reports in WorkSpan:

  • Owner access allows you to manage a report entirely, including giving and updating access to other users on the report.
  • Collaborator access allows you to view the report completely (all sections of a report). Collaborators can also export reports, save one or more views, and select metrics to view goals and results.
  • Participant access allows you to only view certain sections of a report. Participants have access rights to some sections of the report based on objects on which he/she has access. E.g, on the Funding Report, if a participant has access to the funding information on a campaign, then, he/she will have access to the funding rows on the report too.
