Resetting Your WorkSpan Password

Forgetting a password is common. 

The following steps will help reset your password while letting us authenticate your account safety.

Steps:

1. On the WorkSpan Login page (app.workspan.com) enter your email with which you had registered on WorkSpanand click Next.
   
   
2. Click the Forgot Password? Link.
   
   
3. Enter the email with which you had registered on WorkSpan once more on the page you got redirected to and click "Send Instructions".
   
   
4. The system will send you an email to reset your password. 
   
   
   FYI: If the user does not receive the password reset email via send grid, basically the password reset email is bouncing back [Basically it has to do with this users company’s mail server]
