You have to be an owner or a collaborator on an assessment to clone it.
In WorkSpan, you can seamlessly copy an existing assessment to ease the process of creating new assessments by saving time and energy.
Steps:
- Navigate to the assessment that you want to clone.
- Click on the gear
icon.
- Click Clone Assessment. Make a Copy window opens.
- Optionally, Update the Assessment name.
- In the Areas to Copy, the Strategy section is copied by default and cannot be unchecked. Other sections-Related Links; Comments, Tasks are also selected by default. Uncheck the sections that you do not want to copy.
- Click Clone. Your assessment is cloned.
