As an owner on a program, you can exclude (remove) a campaign from a program if the Amount Requested and Approved in a campaign are $0.
You have to exclude a campaign from a program before archiving and deleting a campaign from WorkSpan.
- Go to the program from which you want to exclude a campaign
- Go to the Funding Process tab. Navigate to the table view of campaigns.
- Click the specific campaign that you want to exclude to open the Summary view.
- Click Exclude. The campaign is excluded (removed) from the program.
