Excluding a Campaign From a Program

As an owner on a program, you can exclude (remove) a campaign from a program if the Amount Requested and Approved in a campaign are $0.

You have to exclude a campaign from a program before archiving and deleting a campaign from WorkSpan.

Steps:

  1. Go to the program from which you want to exclude a campaign
  2. Go to the Funding Process tab. Navigate to the table view of campaigns.
  3. Click the specific campaign that you want to exclude to open the Summary view.

  4. Click Exclude. The campaign is excluded (removed) from the program.
