With WorkSpan, you have one central place to collaborate with your team on a sales motion. Make Comments, Assign Tasks, and track Activity Logs in your Sales Plans, so the details don't get lost in your email inbox.

Comment on Sales Plans

Comments allow you to maintain an ongoing dialogue with your team without the hassle of email threads. Your comments are in context and easily accessible from within WorkSpan.

1. To locate your Sales Plan Comments, navigate to the Individual Sales PlanFor information about navigation, click here.

2. From the Individual Sales Plan Strategy section, scroll down and locate the Comments and Activity Log panel.

3. By default, the Comments tab in the Comments and Activity Log panel will be displayed.

4. The Comments tab includes all comments within your Individual Sales Plan. Each comment will include the Member associated to the comment, the comment, date, and time.

Note: To quickly engage with team members in the Activity Log, you can click on their profile icon to send a direct message.

5. To add a new comment, click the “Add Comments” button at the top right of the Comments and Activity Log panel. This will open your Individual Sales Plan comment tab where you can view all comments associated to the Individual Sales Plan.

6. Enter your comment at the bottom of your Individual Sales Plan comment section.

7. Press “Enter” on your computer to send your comment.

Note: Guess what! At any point, you can also view your Individual Sales Plan comment section within the WorkSpan WorkCenter. For information about the WorkSpan WorkCenter, click here.

 

Track Activities

1. To locate your Sales Plan Activities, navigate to the Individual Sales PlanFor more information about navigation, click here.

2. From the Individual Sales Plan Strategy section, scroll down and locate the Comments and Activity Log panel.

3. Click the “Activity Log” tab at the top of the Comments and Activity Log panel.

4. The Activity Log includes system generated activities such as direct updates to the Individual Sales Plan, including updates to associated opportunities, memberships, and tasks/assets.

5. By default, all information will be displayed. To filter the Activity Log, click any of the corresponding filter buttons including “Pipeline”, “Tasks”, “Membership” and “Assets”.

6. Each activity log will include the Member associated with the activity, the action, date, and time.

7. Unread activities are accompanied by a Red Dot.

8. Click on a “Logged Activity” to navigate to the associated activity.

Note: To quickly engage with team members in the Activity Log, you can click on their profile icon to send a direct message. Any unread activity will be marked with a red dot.

 

 

 

Endorsements

 

View Endorsements

1. Navigate to an Individual Sales PlanFor information about navigation, click here.

2. Locate the Endorsement panel in the Individual Sales Plan Strategy section.

3. Here, you can view all the Endorsements associated with the Individual Sales Plan.

 

Request an Endorsement

1. Locate the Endorsement panel in the Individual Sales Plan Strategy section

2. Click “Request Endorsements”

3. In the Request Endorsement tab, enter the name or email of the person you are requesting an endorsement from.

4. Automatically, a note associated with the request is displayed below.

5. To edit this note, click on the “Your Request Note” text box. Enter your changes.

6. Click “Send”

 

Add, Edit, and Remove Your Endorsement

1. Navigate to an Individual Sales PlanFor information about navigation, click here.

2. Locate the Endorsement panel in the Individual Sales Plan Strategy section

3. Click the “Edit” icon at the top right of the Endorsement panel.

4. In the Edit Your Endorsement tab, enter your Endorsement description. 

Note: If you would like to Endorse a plan without a description, simply click “Endorse” in the Edit Your Endorsement tab.

5. Once done, click “Endorse”

Note:

If you can’t find a panel, do not worry! Keep an eye out for buttons at the bottom!

  1. Click on the “+ Endorsement” or “+ Request Endorsements” buttons at the very bottom of the Individual Sales Plan to open the corresponding tab.
  2. Enter your endorsement or request and click “Save”.
  3. Once an endorsement has been created, it will appear in the Endorsement panel on the Individual Sales Plan Strategy section.
