Customize a Table View 

Table views in WorkSpan help you to view and compare rows of data simultaneously. Within table views, you can seamlessly search for your data.

1. Navigate to the Sales Plan Opportunities section. For more information about navigation, click here.

2. Your opportunities are displayed in a table view.

3. At the top of the table view, your Opportunity stages are listed in tabs.

4. Click on any of the Stage Tabs to quickly filter by Opportunity stages. 

 

Add/Remove Columns

1. To add or remove the columns that are displayed in the table view, click the “Columns” icon on the top right of the table view.

2. Check and uncheck the column names to remove and add columns.

Note: All fields will be turned on as default.

 

Move Columns

1. To move column(s), simply select the column(s) column header and move to the location you desire.

2. Deselect to place the column. 

 

Resize Columns

1. To resize column(s), simply hover over the edge of column(s) column header to activate the size adjustment mouse.

2. Using the adjustment mouse, click the column title bar and increase or decrease the size.

3. Deselect once adjusted.

 

Ascending and Descending Column Data

1. To view your data in ascending or descending order, click on the column(s) column header.

2. Click the “Arrow” icon that appears to activate ascending or descending order. 

 

Group By Column

1. To group by a column, identify the column you wish to group.

2. Hover over the identified column header and click the “Hamburger” icon.

3. Click “Group by <Column Header>”.

 

Extra Column Features

1. Hover over the column header and click the “Hamburger” icon.

2. To pin a column, select “Pin Column” and choose your pin settings including Pin Left, Pin Right, and No Pin.

3. To autosize columns, click either “Autosize This Column” and “Autosize All Columns”.

4. To reset columns back to default settings, click “Reset Columns”.

 

Save a Customized Table View

If you have customized your table view, you can quickly save your view for future use! To learn how to customize your table view, click here. 

1. Once you create a customized table view, click the “Save View” icon at the top right of the table view section.

2. Enter a View Name.

3. Click “Save”.

4. Your newly saved view will appear under the “Views” icon at the top right of the table view section. 

Note: If you make any changes to an existing view, you will be prompted to “Save Changes” or “Discard Changes” at the top left of the table view section.

 

Navigate to a Saved View

1. Navigate to the Sales Plan Opportunities section. For more information about navigation, click here.

2. Select the “Views” icon at the top right of the table view section.

3. In the dropdown, click on a view.

 

Edit or Remove a Saved View

1. Navigate to the Sales Plan Opportunities section. For more information about navigation, click here.

2. Select the “Views” icon at the top right of the table view section.

3. In the dropdown, hover over a view and click the “Gear” icon next to the view name.

4. To edit a name, enter a new name and click “Save”.

5. To remove a name, click the “Remove” button.

 

Search for Keywords

1. Navigate to the Sales Plan Opportunities section. For more information about navigation, click here.

2. Locate the “Table” and “List” icons at the top right of your screen.

3. To search for Keywords, locate the Search Keywords bar at the top right of the table view.

4. Type in the keyword you wish to search for.
