View the Assets Linked to your Sales Plan

1. To view and add assets on your Sales Plan, navigate to the Individual Sales Plan. For more information about navigation, click here.

2. On the Individual Sales Plan Strategy section, click the “Assets” tab on the left.

3. In the Assets section, you can view all of the Individual Sales Plan assets in a table view. To learn more about table views, click here.

Note: If you do not see your Assets tab, do not worry! If your Sale Plan does not have assets, the tab will be automatically hidden. To add net new assets, follow the steps to Add Assets and Items to your Sales Plan.

 

Access your Content Library 

1. To view and add assets on your Content Library, navigate to the Content Library from the WorkSpan Main Navigation Menu at the top of the WorkSpan application.

2. Click the “Content Library” application from the dropdown menu.

3. In the Content Library application, you can view all of the Content Library assets you have uploaded to WorkSpan. To learn even more about the WorkSpan Content Library, click here.

 

Add Assets and Items to your Sales Plan

Add a File

1. On the Individual Sales Plan Strategy section, select the “Add Item” dropdown on the left.

2. In the dropdown, click “Add File”.

3. Drag or click “Choose Files” from your computer to add a file.

4. Once done, click “Upload”.

5. Upon uploading, you will be automatically brought to the Assets section within your Individual Sales Plan. 

 

Add a Link

1. On the Individual Sales Plan Strategy section, select the “Add Item” dropdown on the left.

2. In the dropdown, click “Add Link”.

3. Enter the link name, URL, category, and description.

4. Once done, click “Save”.

5. Upon saving, you will be automatically brought to the Assets section within your Individual Sales Plan.

 

Add a Content Item

1. On the Individual Sales Plan Strategy section, select the “Add Item” dropdown on the left.

2. In the dropdown, click “Add Content Item”.

3. Select the Content Item from the dropdown menu you want to add to the Individual Sales Plan. The options in the dropdown menu consist of items within your Content Library. To learn more about the content library, click here.

4. Click “Add”.

4. Once done, click “Save”.

5. Upon saving, you will be automatically brought to the Assets section within your Individual Sales Plan.
