Upload Assets to your Partner Program

You can easily broadcast program content such as updates on new Initiatives or Enablement assets, and embed training guides on how to participate in the program. If you would like to learn how to add your enablement materials to your Partner Program summary panel, click here.

1. To view and add assets on your Partner Program, navigate to the Individual Partner ProgramFor more information about navigation, click here.

2. On the Individual Partner Program Strategy section, click the “Assets” tab on the left.

3. In the Assets section, you can view all of the Individual Partner Program assets in a table view. To learn more about table views, click here (Partner Programs Article Coming Soon!).

 

Add a File

1. On the Individual Partner Program Strategy section, select the “Add Item” dropdown on the left.

2. In the dropdown, click “Add File”.

3. Drag or click “Choose Files” from your computer to add a file.

4. Once done, click “Upload”.

5. Upon uploading, you will be automatically brought to the Assets section within your Individual Partner Program. 

 

Add a Link

1. On the Individual Partner Program Strategy section, select the “Add Item” dropdown on the left.

2. In the dropdown, click “Add Link”.

3. Enter the link name, URL, category, and description.

4. Once done, click “Save”.

5. Upon saving, you will be automatically brought to the Assets section within your Individual Partner Program.

 

Add a Content Item

1. On the Individual Partner Program Strategy section, select the “Add Item” dropdown on the left.

2. In the dropdown, click “Add Content Item”.

3. Select the Content Item from the dropdown menu you want to add to the Individual Partner Program. The options in the dropdown menu consist of items within your Content Library. To learn more about the content library, click here.

4. Click “Add”.

4. Once done, click “Save”.

5. Upon saving, you will be automatically brought to the Assets section within your Individual Partner Program.

Note: This feature can help you upload content directly to your Individual Partner Program summary panel so your materials are easily accessible to anyone in your Partner Program. If you would like to learn how to add your enablement materials, click here. 

 

Create and View Tasks in your Partner Program

1. To view and add tasks on your Sales Plan, navigate to the Individual Partner ProgramFor more information about navigation, click here.

2. On the Individual Partner Program Strategy section, click the “Tasks” tab on the left.

3. In the Tasks section, you can view all the tasks created for the Individual Partner Program.

4. By default, the tasks are displayed in a list view. To view your tasks in a table view, click the “Table View” icon in the top left. To learn more about table views, click here (Partner Programs Article Coming Soon!).

5. Here, you can easily complete many actions on your tasks, including setting tasks priority and status, adding an assignee, setting a watcher, liking a task, and commenting on a task. To learn more about tasks, click here. 

Note: Your tasks are categorized by various levels of priority and status.

5. To create a task, hover over the Tasks section tab on the left to reveal the “+” button.

6. Click the “+” button to add a new task.

7. Enter the task summary, description, stage, status, priority, due date, and more.

8. Click the “Assigned to” field to assign the task to a member within the Individual Partner Program.

9. Upload attachments, including files or links, by clicking the “Add” button next to the corresponding field.

10. Once done, click “Create”.

 

Create a Task From the Partner Programs Overview Page

1. On the Individual Partner Program Strategy section, select the “Add Item” dropdown on the left.

2. In the dropdown, click “Add Task”.

3. Enter all the task information and upload any attachments.

6. Once done, click “Create”.
