Edit and Update an Assessment from the Table View

Manage, interact, review, and update your Activity all in one place! From directly within the Activity Table View, you can interact with your Activity in many ways, including reviewing the summary, changing the activity stage, reviewing comments, and even adding tasks.

Overview of Assessment Summary Tab

1. Navigate to the Individual Sales Plan Assessments page. To learn more about navigation, click here.

2. Here, you can quickly view all of your assessments at a glance within a table view. To learn how to customize the table view, click here.

3. Click on an Individual Sales Plan Assessment to reveal the Assessment Summary Page. Here, you have an at-a-glance view of your entire activity consisting of Assessment Status, Account Details, Assessment Comments, Assessment Tasks, and more.

Note: If you would like to exit out of the Summary tab simply click the "X" icon.

 

Change the Assessment Stage

1. In the Assessment Summary tab, click the “Set Stage” button at the bottom right. To learn how to navigate to the Assessment Summary tab, click here.

2. Select the desired stage from the dropdown. Standard stages include Start, In Progress, and Completed.

Note: You must be an owner or collaborator to set the Assessment stage.

 

Open the Assessment

1. In the Assessment Summary tab, click the “Open” button at the bottom right. To learn how to navigate to the Assessment Summary tab, click here.

2. This will bring you to the Individual Assessment Overview section. More information about this section will come soon! To learn about some advanced actions that can be completed, click here.

 

Used In Tab

1. In the Assessment Summary tab, click the “Used In” tab at the top. To learn how to navigate to the Assessment Summary tab, click here.

2. Here, you can view the Sales Plans the Individual Assessment is linked to.

 

Comments Tab

Comments allow you to maintain an ongoing dialogue with your team without the hassle of email threads. Your comments are in context and easily accessible from within WorkSpan.

1. In the Assessment Summary tab, click the “Comments” tab at the top right. To learn how to navigate to the Assessment Summary tab, click here.

2. Here, you can view all the comments associated with the Individual Assessment.

3. Click on the "Add Comments" button at the top or click on any comment to open the Individual Assessment Comment tab where you can view all comments associated with the Individual Assessment.

7. Enter your comment at the bottom of your Individual Assessment Comment tab.

8. Press “Enter” on your computer to send your comment.

 

Tasks Tab

1. In the Assessment Summary tab, click the “Tasks” tab at the top right. To learn how to navigate to the Assessment Summary tab, click here. Here, you can view all the tasks associated with the Individual Assessment.

2. Click the “+ Task” button at the bottom right of the Individual Assessment Tasks tabTo learn how to navigate to the Assessment Summary Tasks tab, click here.

3. Enter the task summary, description, stage, status, priority, due date, and more.

4. Click the “Assigned to” field to assign the task to a member within the Individual Sales Plan.

5. Upload attachments, including files or links, by clicking the “Add” button next to the corresponding field.

6. Once done, click “Create”.

Note: If the task does not appear right away, refresh the browser.
