Adding Comments/Viewing Activity Log For Your Partner Profile


A Comments/Activity Log section on the Partner Profile page allows you to easily communicate and collaborate with members in the profile and to get a quick summary snapshot of all the recent updates to your partner profile(s).

The Activity Log includes system generated activities such as direct updates to the profile and pipeline changes, membership updates, and updates to tasks/assets.


  1. Navigate to the partner profile for which you want to see the Activity Log.
    1. You can filter the Activity Log by:
      1. All Activity
      2. Pipeline
      3. Tasks
      4. Membership
      5. Assets 
    2. In the All Activity tab, the latest updates to the partner profile are listed on the top.
    3. In the Pipeline tab, any related updates are listed.
    4. In the Tasks tab, any tasks associated to the partner profile are listed. You can click on a task from within the activity log for in context engagement. The exact task window opens in context.
    5. In the Membership tab, any membership related updates are listed. Membership updates can include who joined the profile, etc.
    6. In the Assets tab, any assets added to the partner profile are listed. You can click on an asset from within the activity log for in context engagement. The exact asset window opens in context.
    Note: New updates/unread updates have a corresponding red dot next to them. For active items, you can click the row to view details. For items that have been completed, removed or archived, you are not redirected.

    Note: You can click on the picture or picture icon in any tab of the activity log corresponding to any notification to send a message to a member for seamless communication.
