WorkSpan Salesforce App v.1.28.1 package installation / upgrade guide

Fresh installation

There are no specific steps required when the WorkSpan Salesforce app v.1.28.1 is installed for the first time. Simply follow the regular installation process.

Upgrade

1. For the upgrades, go to WorkSpan Admin > Upgrade.
2. Execute the PDS Wizard.

3. Scroll down the page and execute all pending actions after each section, until the page looks like the following: showing “Create Solutions & Set Default” (and nothing else) in the “ACE V2 Deployment” section, and “No pending action” in every other section. 

The “ACE V2 Deployment” section will always show the “Create Solutions & Set Default” option. Do NOT use it again if you have already created AWS Solutions in the past. Only use it if you need to add new AWS Solutions.
