WorkSpan Hyperscaler Edition with HubSpot Application Installation Guide

Overview

This guide provides instructions on installing the 'WorkSpan Hyperscaler Edition with HubSpot' and helps users maximize its features. 

Installation Steps

Step 1: Navigate to the WS homepage and select your profile icon. Choose "My Company Profile" and then click "Applications" from the left navigation menu.

Step 2: Click “HubSpot Public App Connection” to view configuration details. Then, click “Edit” to update the details.

Step 3: Enter HubSpot User Name and click “Save”.

Step 4: A success message appears on the screen. Refresh the web browser to view updated changes.

Step 5: Go to the “HubSpot Public App Connection” tab. You can view the newly added user name, and the HubSpot Last Sync Status is still “Inactive”.  Click “Authorize”.

Step 6: You will be redirected to the WorkSpan → HubSpot Connection page. Choose an account name and click “Choose Account”.

Step 7: You are required to give consent to use your data. Click “Connect App” if you agree.

Step 8: You are redirected to WS “Applications” page where you can view the authorization success message.

Step 9: Go to the “HubSpot Public App Connection” tab. You can view “Active” Connection status. Click “Test Connection”.

Step 10: A successful connection message appears on the screen.

Step 11: Log in to HubSpot. Once WorkSpan is connected to HubSpot, it will appear in the “Connected Apps” section.

Step 12: Please inform the WS team of your intention to use the HubSpot Public App.

Step 13: When the setup is done, the WS team will get back to you. Then you need to complete the Post-Deployment Steps to begin using the app and fully utilize its features.
